Dedication –

We approach each property with a total dedication to excellence, which is reflected by each employee on every level. Every potential property is carefully evaluated by Real Vision Hospitality through a method developed and tested over years of experience. We partner with the right professionals who share our passion for excellence.

Management –

To achieve peak efficiency, we support all our properties and general managers through a central office that provides routine management services including regular visits & site inspections. This ensures that we are up to date with each properties portfolio and keeping them up with the latest trends in travel & tourism as well as spectacular levels of hosting. In short, our management formula means “at Real Vision Hospitality, success checks in for an extended stay.”

Marketing & Advertising –

In addition to each property individual sales & marketing efforts, we maintain a corporate marketing department that co-ordinates regional, national and International marketing opportunities that benefit each hotel individually and collectively. Our partnership with an advertising agency produces and places the properties advertising and printed collateral, ensuring continuity among the different media and increasing purchasing power for media buys. They are also responsible for our web design and public communications.

Employees –

We understand that the employees are the hotels front-line ambassadors. And we treat them with the same high level of consideration that we treat our customers with. Because in a sense, employees are as valuable as the guests. We provide comprehensive, ongoing training to assure their job and guest-related skills remain at the highest levels. Employees are evaluated regularly for their performance and rewarded for their outstanding service with incentives to keep our guest-relations program at the top of the industry.

In 2010, Real Vision Hospitality was established, marking the realization of a long-held dream. With over 20 years of experience in business management, I have honed the essential skills required for success in this industry. I possess strong articulation, confidence, innate leadership abilities, and professionalism.

I am adept at engaging with stakeholders across all organizational levels, consistently surpassing client expectations. My approach combines creativity, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills to comprehend clients’ needs and translate them into successful collaborations with suppliers and service providers. I prioritize fostering enduring relationships over one-time engagements, as this holds great significance for me.

My value system centres on integrity, emphasizing the treatment of individuals with dignity, respect, and unwavering good faith. My journey, which initially traversed interests in law and psychology, ultimately led me to the doorstep of the hospitality sector. What began with uncertainty quickly transformed into a passionate commitment, as I wholeheartedly embraced the world of tourism and hospitality. I firmly believe that life’s events occur for a reason and at precisely the right time, discounting notions of mere luck or chance.

I bring over two decades of experience as a qualified accountant, having worked with some of KZN’s most esteemed accounting firms. I hold the distinction of being a registered Pastel dealer and a Level 1 B-BBEE contributor.

My expertise extends to managing the financial accounts of a diverse array of businesses, including Pty’s, Individuals, CC’s, Trusts, and Estates. My primary objective is to empower clients to progress confidently, relieving them of back-office concerns.

We possess a state-of-the-art infrastructure that facilitates the establishment of a cost-effective and scalable back office, all at an accessible price point. Our commitment is to help you establish performance metrics, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure your objectives are met.
